Il Manager HSE dopo questo viaggio fantastico che lo ha accompagnato per tutto l’anno, vuole ricordare che avere dei solidi valori ai quali ricondurre le proprie decisioni è fondamentale per consentirgli di affrontare nel modo migliore le proprie giornate di lavoro.

Il Manager HSE insieme al cervello fantastico che gli permette di andare sempre oltre a quello che si crede si possa fare, insieme al cuore che unisce al razionale le emozioni per aggiungere emozioni, riesce a trovare soluzioni mai immaginate e a coinvolgere anche persone che non sono mai andate oltre la loro area di sicurezza.

Il Manager HSE ha capito che l’organizzazione delle attività HSE deve avvenire sulla base dell’esperienza e degli errori commessi nel passato così da poter evolvere in una direzione aziendale sostenibile.

Il Manager HSE sa che quello che fa deve consentire alle persone di poter tornare a casa la sera e lui deve avere la consapevolezza di aver fatto tutto il possibile per tutelare la propria azienda e i colleghi così da poterlo raccontare serenamente alla sua famiglia.

Il Manager HSE ha il compito di garantire la crescita continua dei propri collaboratori, incoraggiando le loro ambizioni per migliorare la loro produttività e la loro soddisfazione per l’opportunità di apprendere nuove competenze.

Il Manager HSE non deve aver paura di decidere in autonomia anche strategie scomode perché è solo trovando il coraggio di fare le proprie scelte che sarà veramente libero di vivere responsabilmente la propria vita.

Il Manager HSE sa che coltivando i propri sogni giorno per giorno e curando, come un agricoltore le proprie piante, il raggiungimento di piccoli traguardi che si è prefissato, può giungere al suo grande obiettivo in piena consapevolezza.

Il Manager HSE ha imparato a mantenere un effetto di positività nel suo lavoro così da diventare una persona speciale e favorire una rapida crescita culturale in azienda.

Il Manager HSE è diventato colui che definisce l’importanza delle sue azioni, in relazione agli eventi accaduti sapendo che non sono gli eventi a incidere sul suo stato d’animo ma è la lettura che egli dà agli episodi che influenza le sue emozioni e reazioni.

The HSE Manager after this fantastic journey that has accompanied him throughout the year, wants to remember that having solid values to which he can relate his decisions is fundamental to enable him to face his working days in the best possible way.

The HSE Manager, together with his fantastic brain that allows him to always go beyond what he thinks can be done, together with his heart that combines the rational with emotions to add excitement, manages to find solutions never imagined and to involve even people who have never gone beyond their safety zone.

The HSE Manager understands that the organisation of HSE activities must be based on experience and mistakes made in the past so that it can evolve in a sustainable business direction.

The HSE Manager knows that what he does must enable people to go home in the evening and he must have the knowledge that he has done everything possible to protect his company and colleagues so that he can tell his family about it calmly.

The HSE Manager has the task of ensuring the continuous growth of his employees, encouraging their ambitions to improve their productivity and their satisfaction with the opportunity to learn new skills.

The HSE Manager must not be afraid to decide for himself even uncomfortable strategies because it is only by finding the courage to make his own choices that he will be truly free to live his life responsibly.
