Il Manager HSE pensa, e nel pensare alle sue attività di lavoro, capisce che non è ciò che gli accade che definisce gli eventi futuri ma è altro.

Il Manager HSE definisce l’importanza di cosa decide di fare, in relazione agli eventi accaduti sapendo che non sono gli eventi a incidere sul suo stato d’animo ma è la lettura che egli dà agli episodi che influenza le sue emozioni e reazioni.

In ogni ambito della propria vita, sia nello sport che in ogni altra attività svolta, gli eventi non procedono secondo un programma ben definito ma ci possono essere alti e bassi e non sempre il Manager HSE può controllarli.

Per il Manager HSE è importante gestire il senso che viene dato agli eventi ricordandosi che nulla avviene per caso e tutto è riconducibile ad una causa.

In particolare, per il Manager HSE, è fondamentale focalizzarsi su quanto di prezioso ha realizzato in azienda e che può utilizzare al meglio per raggiungere nuovi obiettivi finalizzati ad accrescere la cultura in materia di sicurezza.

In questo modo il Manager HSE riesce a trasformare gli eventi negativi in una fonte di energia rinnovabile ogni qualvolta gli è richiesto, rendendo sempre più la sua missione sostenibile sia in azienda che nella sua vita personale.

Può capitare che il Manager HSE non si renda conto che le sue azioni spesso lo rendono vincente a sua insaputa; si deve allenare a focalizzarsi sugli obiettivi cercando di non allentare la concentrazione e gestire le proprie energie per affrontare gli eventuali imprevisti finali in quanto deve essere totalmente consapevole che la vita non regala nulla a nessuno.

Il Manager HSE deve imparare che dagli eventi negativi del passato deve trarre gli insegnamenti per fare in modo di definire nel presente le corrette modalità operative di svolgimento delle attività di lavoro; garantendo preventive condizioni di salute e sicurezza aziendali a tutela dei lavoratori e definendo così un adeguato “pensiero basato sulla prevenzione dei rischi”.

Solo attraverso un costante impegno, sacrificio, passione e fantasia il Manager HSE potrà rendere i sogni dell’azienda realtà.

Attraverso questa semplice ricetta e ricordandosi che: “Un’azienda senza fantasia è come una farfalla senza ali” il Manager HSE potrà trasformare gli eventi negativi del passato in fonte di energia per il presente.

Negative events as a source of renewable energy

The HSE Manager thinks, and in thinking about his or her work activities, understands that it is not what happens to him or her that defines future events but is something else.

The HSE Manager defines the importance of what he decides to do, in relation to the events that happened knowing that it is not the events that affect his state of mind but it is the reading he gives to the episodes that influences his emotions and reactions.

In every area of one’s life, whether in sports or any other activity performed, events do not proceed according to a well-defined schedule but there can be ups and downs and the HSE Manager cannot always control them.

It is important for the HSE Manager to manage the meaning that is given to events by remembering that nothing happens by chance and everything can be traced back to a cause.

In particular, it is critical for the HSE Manager to focus on what valuable things he or she has accomplished in the company that he or she can best use to achieve new goals aimed at increasing safety culture.

In this way, the HSE Manager is able to turn negative events into a source of renewable energy whenever required, making his mission increasingly sustainable both in the company and in his personal life.

It may happen that the HSE Manager does not realize that his actions often make him successful without his knowledge; he must train himself to focus on his goals while trying not to slacken his concentration and manage his energy to deal with any final setbacks as he must be totally aware that life gives nothing to anyone.

The HSE Manager must learn that from the negative events of the past, he or she must draw the lessons to make sure that in the present, he or she defines the correct operating procedures for carrying out work activities; ensuring preventive corporate health and safety conditions to protect workers and thus defining proper “risk prevention-based thinking.”

Only through constant commitment, sacrifice, passion and imagination; will the HSE Manager be able to make the company’s dreams come true.

Through this simple recipe and remembering that: “A company without imagination is like a butterfly without wings” the HSE Manager will be able to turn the negative events of the past into a source of energy for the present.
